The delegation shared an insightful step by step preparation guide to help students prepare for SEM3 Midterms in final 10-day homestretch.
A central Drive regrouping all documents, corrections, and resources managed by the class representative of each group, organizing the files, and making important information easily accessible to everyone.
A community of over 700 members where students receive important announcements, stay connected, and collaborate together.
To help students easily get the support they need and stay in touch, a request form and an email address have been set up, allowing them to ask questions, make requests, and receive responses as quickly as possible.
At the beginning of the year, the administration reorganized the previous year’s groups. The delegation set up a transfer form and a request template, which enabled more than 100 students to transfer to their preferred group and streamlined the entire process.
A platform that centralizes and simplifies access to all useful resources while presenting important announcements in a clear and accessible way.
A form was made available to students to simplify the resolution of Outlook access issues by allowing them to submit their requests to their class representatives, who would then coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve them. Additionally, the technician’s contact details were provided to students so they could address their issues directly.
To help students register on Coursera, the delegation shared a step-by-step guide and a help page for easy access to other useful resources provided by the Career Center, as well as recommended courses on the platform.
